The ASCI quality approach: ASCI follows a rigorous methodology to ensure total quality in its research and consultancy approach:

Diagnostic study: Once configured, ASCI's multi-disciplinary teams first study the problem as presented by the client. A diagnostic survey is conducted to unearth the nature and complexity of the problem.  Then, a detailed proposal outlining the scope of the assignment, methodology of the investigation, duration, and expenses are presented to the client.

Time-bound task force: On obtaining authorization on mutually agreed terms, a contract is signed.  From then onwards, a time-bound task force approach is employed wherein close liaison is maintained with designated key resource persons in the client system. This ensures ease in conducting the investigation at the client premises, provides continuity and leads to satisfactory outcomes.
