Intensive discussion: Internally, the process of ensuring quality is facilitated through intensive discussion between members of the specially configured multidisciplinary project team at every critical stage of the assignment.

Validation: Often, project teams withdraw for a while to analyze collected data, confer among themselves and other faculty members at ASCI, and prepare the report. A presentation is made to other members of faculty by the project team, incorporating valuable insights, before a final presentation is made to the client.

Comprehensive recommendations: Finally, a comprehensive final report incorporating implementable recommendations and a timetable for action, is presented to the client.

Feedback: Once the final report is submitted, the team continues to help evaluate feedback during implementation, and offers suggestions where necessary.
