Dr. Nirmalya Bagchi, currently Associate Professor, Technology Policy, Management and Innovation Area, Centre for Innovation and Technology, ASCI, is an M.B.A. and Ph.D in Business Management in the area of Information Management, from University of Calcutta.
Dr. Bagchi has been trained in Management Consultancy from Institute for International Management Consulting, Ludwigshafen University of Applied Sciences, Germany. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional, and has been trained in Analytics on SAS. He has completed the programme on Statistical Methods and Application from Indian Statistical Institute, Calcutta and the UNICEF Executive Evaluation Programme jointly conducted by UNICEF, Carleton University and London Metropolitan University.
Prior to joining Administrative Staff College of India, he was with the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Mgmt (IISWBM), Kolkata as a member of faculty.
Dr. Bagchi has about 8 years of teaching experience and research experience in various management institutions. He has also authored several academic papers and books.
