Prof. R. N. Saxena, currently Professor, Human Resources Area, Centre for Management Studies, has done the Joint Fellow Programme in Human Resources Development from XLRI, Jamshedpur and Academy of HRD, Ahmedabad. With a Bachelor degree in Law and Masters in English, he is also a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers.

Prof. Saxena, started his career in 1969 as a Lecturer in English and later on joined State Bank of India as a Probationary Officer, to rise to the level of Assistant General Manager.

Prior to joining ASCI, he was working as Faculty in Behavioral Science at State Bank Staff College, Hyderabad.

Current Interests

Prof. Saxena's areas of interest include Leadership, Assessment of Leadership Potential, Personality Development, Emotional Intelligence, Stress Management, Creativity, Values and Beliefs, Training of Trainers/Teachers, Training Needs Identification, Evaluation of Training and Organisation Development.
