Service Level Benchmarking - Guntur

The City Level Orientation Workshop on “Operationalizing Service Level Benchmarking (SLB) Framework” with the SLB Core teams of Guntur Municipal Corporation  was held on June 5^th , 2009 at the Commissioner Chamber  and Council Hall, Guntur. The purpose of this workshop was to ‘launch’ the SLB initiative in Guntur   through an interactive orientation workshop with designated city level SLB core teams on the need and urgency for Service Level Benchmarking in the context of Municipal Service Delivery and the pilot initiative of MoUD on Operationalizing SLB framework.

13-14 Senior Officials including the core team members attended. Main objective of meeting was to introduction of Service Level Benchmarks Framework, expected outcomes, to discuss future work plan including issues and challenges in data collection and role of ASCI as consultant.

The workshop started at 10:30a.m. and concluded by 4:00p.m. Workshop was organized by Administrative Staff College of India
