Relevant experience:

Candidates should possess experience of   12  to 18 years teaching/research/ professional experience in reputed institutes of management.

A demonstrated track record of business development for training /consultancy/ Applied Research is essential, including:

  • Conceptualization, design and development and delivery of training programs including teaching; for Enterprises, Institutions and Government agencies.
  • Development and delivery of consultancy and applied research projects for sponsors and clients in Government, institutional and corporate segments.

The ability to lead teams and work with peers is essential.

  • Publications in referred journals
Centre for Management Studies (CMS)

Strategic Management: 

Associate Professor - (One Position)

 

Deserving Candidates may be considered for the position of Professor

Qualification: PhD or equivalent degree in Strategic Management with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree, with excellent academic record throughout.

  • Publications in reputed journals and referred conferences, course development will be an additinal advantage.

Human Resources Management:

Assistant Professor – (One Position)

Qualification: Ph.D in Human Resources Management

Domain Expertise:

  • Experience of design and delivery of modules
  • Consistent record in delivery of highly rated sessions that involve activity-based approaches, participatory methods, management games, simulations, etc
  • Anchoring consulting assignments on a range of HRM related topics including competency mapping, HR Planning, HR audit, etc
  • Administration experience including securing assignments, delivery management, client management, etc
  • Publications in reputed National and International Journals
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills 
  • Two to Three years of working experience in HRM
  • Able to generate business
  • Willing to travel extensively within the country

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Industry or Academia

Age:  below 35 years

Marketing Management:

The Salary Package

  • Associate Professor: Pay scale 134420 - 235830 & Gross Pay per Month Rs.223137/- at minimum of scale.
  • Assistant Professor: Pay scale 55520 - 97470 & Gross Pay per Month Rs.92163/- at minimum of scale.

Higher emoluments may be considered for exceptionally deserving candidates.

The positions carry a number of benefits apart from the gross pay, such as Conveyance Allowance (1680 – 4500), Contributory PF @12% of Basic + DA, Leave Encashment, Medical, LTA and family accommodation in campus in lieu of HRA. These appointments are on a contractual basis, initially for a period of three years, subject to probation of one year and fulfillment of specified work norms. After three years the appointment is renewable subject to satisfactory performance.  The age of superannuation is 60 years.
